Jill

Jill Todd

Jill A. Todd is the company’s owner and mortgage broker. She has been a real estate broker since May 2002 primarily handling commercial real estate development, leasing, property management and sales. Prior to her time as a broker/commercial real estate developer, Jill was in banking for sixteen years. During her years in banking she worked in residential and commercial real estate lending, finance and compliance, handling both California and Nevada, including training all aspects of banking regulations. She has been a mortgage broker for four years and has experience in all loan types.

Marin Whitaker

Marin Whitaker has been a licensed California realtor for over fifteen years. She specializes in helping clients meet their needs in buying and selling real estate, loan financing of existing loans. Marin began her career as a loan-financing specialist. Her commitment and passion for expertise quickly earned her a reputation as the go to person to get the deals done. Seeing the need for sales agents who understands the financial side of the business, Marin’s hard work and dedication have earned her the recognition of “Top Producer” among her peers for over ten years.
